Some smart folks, free snacks, can bring your own ergo equipment to office with doctor instruction, give extra PTO if your personal laptop breaks and you can't work.

Cons

Upper management shuffles and change directions every once in a while. Put down big comp to new grads & treat existing employees like trash. Micromanaging & fear mongering culture. If any plans involves uncertainty, be prepared to get fired. They also burn bridges for ex-ployees. No base salary during non-compete, which is industrial standard.
