      It is still a start-up company style without structured process. You will often need to figure out ambiguity. The HR globally is manipulated by top management team. The case occur that extending you the offer and they regret and withdraw the offer which is very ridiculous.

      -always fear of losing job -when helping upper management they just stare at you like if your stupid when trying to explain something. -nepotism is huge at this place! -HR reps don’t care get mad when you ask questions about policy or bring something up basically try to run you out -no it person has been there for more than a year
