Variety in the role. I work SCOS, clean, the till, manage stock. Work life balance is great because I do not have children.

Cons

I love busy, and a heavy workload. Must work tills, stack products in 20 minutes/palet, bread in 10 minutes/palet, early 5am starts, 10 hour shifts.
