Expected to put the company before you’re own life,work/life balance does nots exist. Some staff get away with being lazy and get the same shifts day in day out,too much expected in short space of time,very cliquey,management decide who is their favourite then back stab them the next day. Too many bulletins that don’t need to be read by all.one rule for one one rule for others. Don’t always get the full break and nothing can be done as it’s a paid break. Too many injuries
