Pros
Days go by fast from being so busy. 8 hour shifts.
Cons
Pay does not match even fast food restuarants at only 18.50/hr in CA. Low amounts of on-shift employees gives you lots of work to do and sometimes TOO much multitasking. My management wasn't willing to schedule me outside of my college lecture hours, so I was forced to try and call off (lose hours) or miss lecture.
