You are expected to do everything if you are a cashier you are still working on pallets
The speed they expect you to have as a cashier upsets most of the customers as they feel you are being rude
I watched multiple employees have emotional breakdowns even those who have been with the company for years due to the work load
Employees are not vocal here so if you are they will look down on you
Expected to suffer in silence
Not a place where you can tell them how you truly feel about the work place just have to mentally go through it alone
They expect you to get pallets done within a certain time frame but their supervisors can’t even meet those requirements
They hold you to a standard that is very unreasonable
They want you to work like a robot the speed in which you need to have in order to impress the managers/owners is unrealistic as well they want someone who’s worked for 5+ years to move as fast as someone there for 3 weeks
People at this company found ways to finish pallets but makes ur job 10x harder because they are putting things in the wrong spots just to finish that u will have to fix later
No matter your experience they start you with the lowest pay and lowest job title
They don’t appreciate when you shed a light on the work load and that their supervisors can’t meet the same expectation that they are asking of you they feel you should just deal with getting yelled at everyday while you watch the supervisors struggle but get a pat on the back (They look down on you for bringing up their supervisors and look at you as a snitch)
They promise you growth within the interview and take it away once you get hired
The managers talk about you when you point things out to them saying you have something against the company
