Pros

Awesome pay Good workout Easy to work your way up if you bust your butt

Cons

Management has no respect for you. They will constantly give you bad feedback no matter if you work 24/7 You have to be available all the time because they don’t do set schedules. You sit down to ring but don’t think cashiers are lazy they do everything in the store.

Pros

When it comes to pay they are definitely at the top. Benefits are great. Paid holidays, paid vacation. You get paid extra for working on Sundays.

Cons

The workload is insane. The work/life balance is definitely something they need to work on as well.

Pros

Great pay and benefits and having such a small staff makes the team closer and makes the personnel management aspect easier.

Cons

Work life balance can get Lost from time to time if understaffed or when multiple projects are being undertaken such as holiday resets, or if your management team isn't strong.
