Pros

Unbelievable benefits for a job out of school. Includes car, cellphone, and great insurance. Decent vacation and flexible schedule.

Cons

I work more than anyone I know my age by sometimes 15 hours to 20 hours a week. Weekend work consistently. Training program sometimes weeds out 60-70% of training class because its a very challenging 50 week program that involves lots of manual labor.

Pros

Customers, sitting at register, low prices

Cons

Your life, regardless of your position, revolves around ALDI. You receive no respect from upper management, your DM will most likely be male, around 21 years old right out of college, very rude, and they all look a like.
