Pros

You work with great people, and the community you get to work for is wonderful and kind. The regulars are the best

Cons

Nothing really—they pay better than competitors, have benefits, know their process and how to navigate a typical day.

Pros

Good job if it’s your first/ second job because you’ll have a ton of experience to add to your resume. Work from home 3 days a week. Samplings are fun.

Cons

Workload is unmanageable. AB’s are workhorses. Management doesn’t help you because they don’t know how. Everything, and I mean everything, is put on the AB’s. If there is a new task that needs to be done and they don’t know which team to give it to, it’ll be added to the AB to-do list. That is not an exaggeration. If it’s your first or second job, you will learn a lot because you will do everything and you’ll have a ton to add to your resume. If you’re established in your second or third job and looking to grow, go elsewhere.

Waste of Life

Pros

Good starting Pay, Company Car. Nothing else. You also don't even really get to enjoy these because you will have no time and will be too exhausted on your "off" days.

Cons

Exhausting, ridiculous hours and expectations, they make you go through a grueling in store phase. Especially bad if you're a minority of any kind, they don't take that into consideration when giving you your assignment, but they will ask you to recruit for them since they are embarrassingly not diverse . This role is even worse if you have no previous retail experience. 50 hours a week quickly becomes 60,70 and then 80. You will micromanaged and held to impossible standards, they don't give good reviews on principal. I would take a less stressful job for way less money, especially if you are fresh out of college, even if you have debt. Do not waste your life on this company, they will chew you up and spit you out, as proven by the high turnover in every part of the company. Don't do it.
