Pros

Higher pay for job type

Cons

California division did not do their homework before opening here. They still have so much to learn but don't want to take criticism from their store employees only kids who went to college with zero work experience and horrible interpersonal skills. They do not invest in their store employees only their corporate employees. HR is non existent and zero accountability.

Pros

Decent benefits. It's a good exercise.

Cons

Lean management. The schedule doesn't matter. They'll send you home when they want. They'll take advantage of you. They'll work you to death. Your health and body are worth more and deserve better. Corporate Management are incompetent.
