Great benefits and paid vacations. And holidays off

Cons

A lot of work not enuff help. Very little chance for promotion of your boss dosent like you. Needs a union.

Secure job, very good benefits, strong presence in the market, great opportunities for advancement across the organization at senior levels.

Cons

Very long and unsociable hours, location could change at very short notice, perception of job is not accurate in that it's a very senior role but not necessarily perceived as that outside the organization.
