      Loved it and wish I still worked there!

      Pros

      I enjoyed my time working in the perishable dept with a great manager, Scott Thompson. I also did receiving from 5am to 7am. I also trained new employees. My selection rate was 110%. I loved my job! Bulk grocery shopping with a paid gym workout!

      Cons

      I was in a car accident that made it where I can't lift. This is my con though, it has nothing to do with Aldi.

      Pros

      The pay at aldi was good, as were the hours - they were fleible to work around me.

      Cons

      While the hours were good, they were also long and the option to change shifts were few and far between.

      Pros

      Stable job with a growing company that is sure to still be here in the next 20-30 years without question. You get what you put in and it's hard graft but you get in what you out in.

      Cons

      Hard work, long shifts, not much managerial support and it can sometimes be a blame culture if your not doing what you should be to the book.
