Pros

You’ll be able to develop new skills, seen that you’ll have to do each of the existing operational duties in store, from replenishment of the shelves to cleaning toilets and operating the tills all in the same day and with a smile on your face.

Cons

Because you’ll have to develop every different task in store, the pressure and level of demand from the deputy managers can be overwhelming.

Pros

Clear job discription role and responsibilities. Structured was of working.

Cons

Difficult to progress within one department. Poor flexible working options and not possible to work from home. Reliance on technical service providers. Toles become administration roles rather than using knowledge and experience.

Pros

nothing positive to say really

Cons

Work like a dog, management think they're amazing at what they do but really are a bunch of simpletons. Treated like a number and not seen as important to the business. Expected to cover shifts whenever at little notice and rotas are horrendous.
