Pros

Ok-ish benefits better pay than other grocery outlets if you and managers are tight, they dont act like tools

Cons

Job is almost slavery. I was held accountable for things i never did. Managers purposely choose who to give the HEAVIER trucks to. If you are a nice guy who works hard, they will murder you. Once had 21 mixed pallets with 4 coolers all over 8 feet. And they wanted to let cashiers start doing grocery, cooler and freezer while managers only do produce You do shift manager's work all the time.. Bosnians.. oh bosnians

Pros

Aldi takes care of those who work efficiently for the company. Aldi is continuously expanding and evolving. Great pay and benefits on every level. If you work hard, you will be rewarded. It's not for those who are looking for an easy meal ticket, which is part of what makes this company great.

Cons

We need to hold new hires to higher expectations.
