Pros

Fast paced environment suits my work ethic. Whole store working as a team. Job satisfaction when hitting targets. Paid breaks. Highest paying supermarket.

Cons

Hard graft so if you can't handle it look elsewhere. Pressure to meet targets.

Pros

Training provided, the team are fantastic, good coffee machine, healthy snacks and biscuits available.

Cons

No chance for progression unless you suck up to management and become a yes man. At the time there was a clean shaven policy, even though the role is not customer facing. Too much office politics going on, and childish behaviour from directors. Lots of rules set, but not applied to everyone.
