      Pros

      The only pro for this company was the pay. Way more than anywhere else will pay for a grocery store manager

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations. U have to do the work of 4 people. That's how they make so much $. Can't take time off when you want. High turn over. Constantly under staffed. Discrimination. Only hire females for very physically demanding job. No room for advancement as store manager. They hire district managers straight out of college with zero retail experience yet they act like they know everything. They don't care where u live they out you wherever is good for them. No work life balance. It is a 50 hour salary position but you'll end up working 60-70 if u want to keep this horrible job.

      Pros

      Good benefits are the only positive I can produced .

      Cons

      Do not work here if you have a family. I am salaried for 50 hours per week and always work over that. Never under. Customers come first which is fine, but employees are treated horribly. They hire DMs straight out of school with no work or life experience. They demand way too much and is a very stressful job I would recommend to no one.

      Pros

      Meet some awesome co workers. Pay is excellent. Customers are enjoyable. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      They own you. If you want to be successful, sell your soul. They will tell you they know family is the most important thing. They will crucify you if you fail them. You are a number nothing more. Dont kid yourself. I gave up so much of my personal life for success at work. When push comes to shove upper management will shove you under the bus. Numbers are all the matter. People are insignificant.
