Unrealistic expectations from corporate breeds a very toxic and unhealthy work environment. Rampant favoritism and bullying. Less than ideal working conditions. High turnover rate. The people who end up staying tend to be bullies.

Zero stars is not an option. The corporate office was very toxic, managers and directors were hired that do not have the first clue how to lead a team. I was given no training-the person I was paired with to train talked to me on the phone for 30 minutes, then announced they hated training and hung up on me. That was the last I heard from them. The rest of the team refused to help me and in office days no one talked to each other. I saw and heard incredibly toxic behavior from the managers. The lack of organization, standard operating procedures or general direction was just sad. Managers act like they are super stars yet all they do is steal SOP from other companies and present them as their own, since they lack the intelligence to create and sort of directive themselves. Do not work here and be fooled by the higher pay, there is no bonus and it takes 90 days to get health insurance which is absurd.
