Pros

Hmm let me think for a min... Maybe good for part time if you want 8 hours a week

Cons

Used to be fair pay when they paid about 4 bucks higher than minimum wage. Now that it's only like a dollar difference from what other people are offering why still do 4x the work? Not worth it in my opinion. Don't get 15 min breaks. Work ten hours hard work only 30 min break. Never get a weekend off. Make sure you don't have anyone help you because it's frowned on. Oh and your not allowed to call in no matter if your puking your brains out unless u found someone to work it for you. They rather you be there throwing up in the bathroom all day then call in. Open an extra hour on Saturday and Sunday now.

Pros

Nothing about this company is a Pro.

Cons

I was a Store Manager that couldn't make any decisions about my store. I wasn't allowed to interview my own employees, I wasn't allowed to get rid of any bad employees. The DM's that have never had a retail job fresh out of college run your store from their cell phones. If you think that you will be running your own store with this company, you are dead wrong. You are just a door mat for the real store Manager (DM). I also worked an average of 70 hrs a week and never saw my family. I once worked 5am on a Tuesday morning until 3pm on Wednesday because of an inventory and a visit. I was also asked to do a stretch assignment in a store 2 hrs away for one week that was mandatory, that turned into a month with no reimbursement or travel pay.
