Pros

Career progression, autonomy, work life balance

Cons

Dont get paid enough in comparison to other roles- very underpaid Expected to work weekends and public holidays for no pay increase VS a store assistant who gets the penalty rates for choosing to work these days.

Not like the Aldi of the past

Pros

Compensation is decent and the benefits are decent as well.

Cons

Too many managers in one location. Everyone wants to be in charge and it makes it difficult to delegate tasks. The environment is focused on sales and tasks, not customers or employee training. It is definitely not what I expected from this respected company of the past. Aldi has definitely changed in the past few years.
