Great infrastructure that is geared towards growing the individual. Being employed here has really shown me that this company does care about you as the employee. Work life balance is right there in the middle where you commit to work but have ample time with family when not working. Opportunities for training to further your skill set. Great supervisor support system that never leaves you in the dark about anything. Very clear and communicative across all levels of management. They base their big picture around the employee and ensuring that all needs are taken care of, which drives us for success and furthers the companies success as well. Opportunities for working remotely makes life way easier and gives that added bonus of balance to the work-life responsibilities.

Cons

Technologies and telecommunications play a huge role in this line of work. Sometimes technologies just doesn't work right the first time and can cause growing pains.
