Alpla is a highly diverse and inclusive company providing world class benefits and competitive pay. There are multiple bonus programs, which are easily achieved and paid out. I was only with the company for a short time due to personal issues but I would highly recommend this company and the people.

Cons

They have a very strict attendance policy within the first 90 days that does not allow for ANY issues of any kind. If you miss, you're out. No discussion, no excuses, no mercy.
