Senior management often disregards safety regulations and OSHA concerns. When identifying potential hazards, they turn a blind eye. They wait till it becomes an issue and someone gets hurt before doing anything about it.

Treated like family. Clear expectations with recognition when one goes above and beyond their job expectations. Leadership will work with you hip to hip no mater what position they hold in the company.
