Opportunities to move up fast. Good benefits. Lots of paid time off.

Cons

Poor communication from management to employees, low pay scale for most positions, corrupt managers, cronyism, very high turn over rate, uneven policy enforcement that is only enforced on individuals disliked by manager, complete lack of training standards, managment slow to react to major issues, & yearly pay raises are 2.5%-3.5% for most employees.

Yes, working for a company that operates in such a fast-pace, dynamic and competitive environment as ALPLA can definitely be challenging, but at the same time it allows our employees to grow on a professional as well as a personal level and keep learning every day.
