Great benefits, good wellness program with reimbursements, good time-off accrual policy, diverse workforce, tuition reimbursement offered, employee engagement initiatives throughout the year, accessible management, opportunities for training and development

Cons

In some instances, incompetence goes unnoticed and/or unaddressed by managers, which makes it frustrating for others.

They pay pretty well. Even entry level employees can make a decent wage.

Cons

They are always short staffed. Employee turn over rate is atrocious.

Pros

Growing company that cares about growing you. They are not reluctant to invest in your development. Great company to invest in long term. They are averaging about one new plant per year in the US, so there is opportunity for advancement if you're willing to relocate. Good management team. Expect to work for your check (that's a pro for me). No handouts.

Cons

Fair amount of machine breakdowns but is improving. Between the machine issues and customer demand varying, planning can sometimes change last minute. Plant floor has no air conditioning so it gets hot.
