A mixed bag

Pros

Good people at local level, good pay, good pension contribution, health care, can buy extra holiday. I would recommend working here if you can tolerate the issues highlighted below.

Cons

The business is stifled by complex, burdensome processes that add no value, inhibit creativity and ultimately reduce performance. There is no autonomy at a local level and there is a 'one size fits all' mentality which just doesn't work.
