      Pros

      401K. Insurance. Vacation. Work from Home at certain locations for now. Some really good people. Locations are very different, some are actually better than others.

      Cons

      A person lacking experience and education could have a better title than a person with very much education and experience. The salary range or pay grades will not be disclosed. Raises, if you get one, are a small fraction of inflation rates.

      Pros

      Mass transit is gov subsidized industry not as much as defense or gov work but this company is large and wins lots of bids out of the blue work can be interesting lots of international assignment opportunities

      Cons

      company is in a build period with huge merger so bonuses are low early phase of massive merger so role of sites in new business will emerge over time
