Pros

The organisation is a dynamic mix of nationalities and highly professional people. The work is innovative and interesting and you have the ability to work in a complex business on a multinational level.

Cons

Can't think of anything other than like any large business being innovative means you have to negotiate through some committees but its not as bad as other organisations I've been with

Pros

Large Company with many benefits and flexible with work location. Alstom Signaling has a firm footprint in Europe and growing in North America.

Cons

Alstom seems to be so focused on reporting and process that they can move towards a loss in some of their customer centricity and turning a blind eye to employees 60 hour work weeks to try to make up for the time.
