      Pros

      3-4 week vacations for Europeans with the entire month of August off. Ex-pats in NA still take the month of August off.

      Cons

      Complete dismantlement of American work ethic and culture. Extremely political and bureaucratic to the point of detriment to the employees and to the business. Aloof and arrogant management that seem to enjoy settling scores, rather than turn profit. Process comes before progress and profit.

      Good work-life balance not very demanding work global company means good experiences the company does make some cool stuff

      not challenging slow moving politics play a big role everything French has significant boosts over the rest (factories, people, everything)
