      Pros

      Career opportunities, very experienced and skilled people and good team players. Easy to move from one sector to another for support functions, less evident for Technical positions.

      Cons

      Desicion making process too long, different levels of autonomie depending on business structure. IT facilities not always facilitate the remote work.

      Pros

      Good technical "end product" and really mobility approach. People are very friendly and easy to work with.

      Cons

      The multicultural approach is not respected even if it's a global company. Technical tools are not efficient and decision maker do not really consider the employees point of view.
