      Pros

      Good business line, could be booming in the USA in the near future. Plenty of opportunities for a first job and get experienced. Alstom is a truly worldwide company and there are opportunities everywhere.

      Cons

      Difficulty to apply corporate processes. Working with local workforce can be a real "challenge". The work can be demanding. Hornell is kinda a dead city and most of your activities will require long hours of driving. Overall conditions create an important turnover.
