Pros
No pros. A travesty for professionalism and meritocracy. If by chance you are member of certain "group" and your personal car is stolen, do not despair, Alstom supervisors will make sure there is a company one leased for you for ever. So, there is a pro.
Cons
Well below average skilled managers and engineers, no vision, just "our" friends and relatives should have a job regardless how incompetent they are. Delayed projects beyond any client tolerance, untested and unsafe deliverables, sense of corruption. Good engineers need to go away and join a more healthy office and the rest should be just shut down with no compensations.
