      - supportive environment - very interesting and challenging the nature of the job - good salary, overtime is being paid

      Cons

      - sometimes work is too much, something which means you have to work until late (8-9pm) - as ALSTOM being a big organization, sometimes the bureaucracy is overwhelming

      People at skilled and lower management levels really care about the business and the customers. The engineering teams are great to work with and highly skilled.

      Cons

      Upper management are political and disorganised. Some people are overpaid, big egos are rife.
