      Pros

      Projects are awesome and meanful. I learned a lot from my work. Good working environment. Colleagues are friendly and nice.

      Cons

      Maybe more access to management would be helpful.

      No Pros in this company.

      Cons

      They recruits candidates with generic skills(C,C++ etc) and later they will ask them to work on documentation, testing etc. They don't have a defined requirement before recruiting the candidates. They have head count targets. so they recruit every candidate who comes for interview and later when they don't get any projects they will harass the employees. No wise people in Middle level and top level management .
