      Great benefits, amazing team lead, good vacation, occasional office party/outing, very flexible work if okay-ed by management

      Cons

      My work ethic did not align with my co-workers very well (they gossiped and talked a lot), the nature of the job is very flexible but it was frowned upon to work from home, etc., salary does not match to work, takes a long time to move up
