      Pros

      Family oriented business; very good people who really cared about the organization and development of the people within. Very good atmosphere to work in. Employees were very pro-active and very engaged. I enjoyed my time there, it was like my family; and I still have very good friends there working.

      Cons

      Objectives from executive management were not in line with the plant or organizational objectives. This often caused ambiguity in how to operate efficiently.

      Low stress, great benefits. Location is good at the CT office as you are not to far from anything.

      Pay is lower than average and takes a long time to move up in a big company.
