Pros

Set me up in nice hotel accommodations paid plus per diem and good hourly wage with +2 $ overtime, mileage expenses too.

Cons

Short contract with no notice of ending so soon , one month after start, and night safety specialist job was over; no follow-on to other projects. Safety is not union. Too bad.

Pros

Alstom is a dynamic company that provides opportunities both domestically and internationally. The firm is truly international providing opportunities to work with professionals from many cultures both locally and remotely.

Cons

Frequent organizational changes create uncertainty among employees and can damage career prospects due to a lack of continuity in management. This often obscures career paths and damages employees motivation.
