Pros

Alstom offered tremendous potential for a young communications professional to develop expertise in multiple areas of subject matter while building new skills through direct interaction with and counsel to senior executives.

Cons

The company, and its customers, are subject to any number of broader trends and issues that can add pressure to the day-to-day working environment but, even in light of that reality, Alstom never loses sight on taking care of its people.
