      Pros

      Flexibility of work. The total benefits package is good.

      Cons

      French Management to very slow to react and too many French in US without too much knowledge of US markets. Company has a culture of internal management compliance view vs an external customer outlook

      Pros

      Great work environment, you get an office not a cube. The people are very nice and very smart. You get good technologies to work while developing power systems software for latest Windows & Red hat platforms. Most teams use agile methods: -Planning session every 2-3 weeks -Daily scrums

      Cons

      People tend to work here for years so its somewhat hard to move up, but it's easy to move around. Power Systems company, not a typical software company which some devs might not like.
