Pros

Flexibility, no micro-managing from immediate supervisor. A global company with multiple cultures. Learned a lot about working with other countries. Empowered to make decisions. Benefits were excellent.

Cons

They just keep piling on more and more responsibility on fewer and fewer people. Need to make more capital investments in the infrastructure. No professional development offered. Salaries are below average.
