Pros

The majority of both hourly and salaried staff are very helpful. Project assignments felt like they could eventually come to fruition and benefit the company b

Cons

Everything needed to either be approved by the corporate office in France or was dictated by them. On many projects it felt like the teams were just spinning their wheels.

Overtime is excessive

Pros

Excellent benefits, yearly bonuses based on shop performance metrics, Cross training opportunities, time and a half overtime and double time on Sundays.

Cons

Expect to work 3000+ hrs per year. Senior management uneducated and not supportive of shop floor personnel. Man-hour management is non existant. Many shifts and departments running under staffed with little time off during outage season.
