they understand why they are in business and that people make the difference. they invest more in their people than any other company

Cons

there is to much paperwork , so things that have a deadline is coming to delay

decent pay but does not keep up with inflasion

lies to employes, does not have a good industrial line anymore, Bad stripping of cars just throws parts in crates, never meet there goals, does not pay venders

Cons

A few manager focused too much on the short term. Cyclical business (and layoffs). Slow to adapt to new technologies though when I left it was already improving. Some manager manage by bullying employees, regardless of their actual performance. Too focused on "performance reviews" and not actual job done.
