Pros

- flexible hours with core working time 10:00-16:00 - 25 days of holidays to start - great colleagues (but that depends on the team) - 7card subscription (only if you want to use multiple places to go)

Cons

- no performance bonus whatsoever (even if you are constantly over the target you will only get the same salary as a colleague who is constantly under the target - this can be seen in the monthly performance evaluations, so it's based on data) - salary review once per year of around 5% gross - 7card subscription doesn't help if I use only one gym (it's actually more expensive than paying at the gym by yourself because the subscription to 7card is paid by you, not them!) - a good salary increase is offered only when you want to leave the company (prior to that, your income needs are not taken into consideration) - no matter your experience or education, everyone starts with the same salary - usage of the word "family" - when things are stressful, micromanagement comes out and your concerns aren't taken seriously into consideration - flagged over 5 major problems with systems & processes and in a year nothing has changed (you are said "let's talk more, have pacience" etc, but no concrete actions) - new systems are introduced in your day to day work even if they are not ready for production and they miss essential aspects for your work - you have to test the new systems and get back with feedback no matter your position, like you were an QA tester (no bonus or incentives for this) - middle management is absent - you are encouraged to speak openly and directly, but this will turn against you at one point - too little staff for so much workload, yet they don't open more positions so that people can have a balanced workload each month - few people have stayed in the team for more than 2 years (and the majority were actually on maternity leave for 2 years) and they still don't believe they have a problem - mental health is not taken seriously, but rather treated as just being sensitive - very little room to grow professionally (some long term employees leave because they feel limited) - no diversity: exclusive Romanian female team - the stakeholders opinions will only be taken into account more seriously than yours even when the data is on your side
