Pros

Good company with decent amount of workload. If you are startimg your career here its a good place to learn more things.

Cons

Politics, this company has immense politics. Testing team in Rochester is one example, these kind of people do not value education or experience, if the team is ready to butter them up they will be in the team. Ever after more than 3 years with this company, they weren't willing to give me a fresher position or even willing to call me for an interview. If you looking for a place where your need good leaders, this is a worst place to go.

Pros

Global Transportation Leader, Strong Standards and Operation Procedures, Operational Road-maps, Excellent Employee Benefits.

Cons

Way too many Managers. Lack of departments interaction and team work. Lack of Ethics code application. Periodical Compulsive Layoffs based on word of mouth rather than actual employee performance, work detail and delivery. Poor Bargain Unit control and negotiations. Poor HR communicators, they only enforce rules when and where they want. HR deliberately disregard and overlook difficult employees who have become comfy and lazy over the years and are not adding any value to the company anymore. - Executive Management is never informed of these individuals.

Pros

Good benefits. Free coffee and water.

Cons

If a manager does. It like you, having nothing to do with your work quality or work ethics, they are allowed to put you on a PIP and then force a failure by intentionally going out of their way to make you not meet your goals. The ethics of such a practice are beyond reason and HR is for the company, not for the employee.
