      Good leave policy, work life balance, good variable pay

      Cons

      This is not a product based firm, but a service based company. Managers are highly unqualified technically.They are just for people management. The French counterparts trust you to contribute equally, but the managers make it as if they are our clients. Regionalism rocks here, the director and manager are best buddies and care least about your contribution or quality of contribution as long as you keep the French happy.

      A truly caring culture, where the employer understands the employee's need for work-life balance, flexibility and support

      Cons

      The caring culture can be taken too far, such that low performers are not appropriately warned, coached or removed from the position and/or terminated. So you have to contend with a low pay-for-performance culture
