      Pros

      You are able to make a difference. There are many challenges but this allows high performers to stand out. A massive company means lots of opportunity. Moving to positions that interest you long term is encouraged. Good insurance.

      Cons

      Cultural issues. There are difficult to penetrate silos that make cross function collaboration tough. Accountability is often lacking. Work life balance will be nonexistent if you let it. Many areas understaffed or have poor fits.
