      It is a serious company. As long as I'm working for them, what is been told it's been done. This is important.

      As many of the consultancy services companies, there are not so much incompany oportunities for internal promotion.

      you get a car and insurance. Pay is below average

      Cons

      management has zero interest in consultants and their development. You get staffed on one of their clients and expect to stay there forever (really hard to move even if you push). It is not even consulting work - the first day of your job you get dropped at client's site and never see or hear your manager for 2 years. No training from organisation - you just work at the client as an employee of the client
