Okay as a first employer but not a company that one should stay at for long

Pros

Good benefits. Like monthly bus ticket, refund of relocation costs, dental insurance add-ons etc.

Cons

Too haphazard, not enough good projects outside testing. Engineers are treated like herds of goats that are to be switched in and out of projects depending on the whims of the bussiness managers and the project leaders.
