Feeling of body shop over consulting, consultant placement is more important than liking of project

things really doesn’t work like this. Initially I told them about my compensation (which is high according to them) then even after that they started my process. Later after giving multiple rounds, HR calls me for CTC discussion, so role fit was never a question. I must be fit, then salary part came in the picture. If one is looking for jobs, help them, don’t waste their time. I am a recruiter and had my bread & butter on this basic thing. P.S- HR tell me when she called for salary discussion that ohh your salary is high, let me talk to my senior, if they are fine then I’ll let you know if not then don’t expect a call from us. I still asked her to update me but as expected no response and after 1.5 weeks they reply this! ☝️
