They listen to what employees ask, things will not change immediately but in the long run they keep their word

Cons

They are working you out, people are cash machines for them. Salaries are lower than in the market and when you ask for a raise you have to bargain.

Pros

You will work with the latest technology Very good projects using Java or C# with the cloud Azure and AWS. Time for doing some certifications and they will pay for it. Nice environment work, several activities, lunches, 5 a 7 Good managers, of course it depends of your team.

Cons

Benefits are behind of the market. RRSP is almost nothing No bonuses Once you have your salary, really difficult to have an incremental to match the market even though your performance is good or very good. Depends of clients so if your contract finishes you will need to jump to another one, so maybe you won't be safe in a position.
