CEO follows you to the bathroom and times you. She harasses you. She talks bad about everyone to other management or Fabrication Technicians and she thinks they are keeping it a secret but everyone knows what she thinks about everyone. She is racist. One occasion she hired electricians who were hispanic and they did a bad job and what did she say? "Typical Mexicans." Another occasion she mimicked Indian people's english accent. Nobody working their likes her. Just like a previous employee told her that she speaks for everyone when she said nobody likes her. It is true. She doesn't follow through with raises or promotions. She only likes to lure people in to the company and pay minimum wage. Its so dirty and messy i don't understand how it passes ISO standards. If you work there for more than a year you might develop cancer inhaling all those fumes. She does not want to hire anyone to clean the filters or fix the compressor. When its summer she doesn't let you turn the AC up. Instead she puts portable small fans. It would be fine if it wasn't 90°. Engineers and engineer management is Great though!

Owner micromanages everything; restroom breaks, 10 min breaks, job duties, no cell phones allowed during business hours, no perfume or scented ANYTHING, you are a prisoner from 8-5 and the warden is a huge dictator that does not care about her 0% employee retention rate.
